What is your refund policy?

Refunds are available for event tickets if the refund request is made 7 or more days before the scheduled Ellect Women Event.
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer care team at wecare@ellect.biz with your ticket details and reason for the request.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
