Annemiek Ballesty is a global commercial leader turned investor, mentor and advocate for purposeful leadership. With more than 35 years driving growth, including as Senior Vice President Asia Pacific Commercial at Fossil, she has led multimillion-dollar, cross-cultural businesses through expansion, disruption and transformation. A Business graduate and Chartered Accountant, Annemiek combines financial discipline with strong commercial instinct and was recognised as one of Hong Kong’s Top 50 Innovative Retail Leaders. Today, she pursues a portfolio career focused on investment, mentoring and volunteering across climate, health and wellness. Known for her honest and grounded approach, she inspires leaders to embrace reinvention and build careers with intention and heart.

Matthew has more than 25 years in the Real Estate Industry and over the last 20 years with his business partner has grown his business from 5 people in 1 office to over 150 people across 9 offices. This growth has been supported through hard work and the good fortune of working with an amazing team inside the business but also through the engagement of professional coaches and a powerful collection of mentors who have influenced his journey. Many of those mentors where strong women, including his Mother, Sister and most importantly his Wife. He is also fully engaged in raising a strong young women embarking on her professional life and continues in his desire is to pay it forward in any way he can.
